With Westhoughton Carnival slowly becoming a distant memory, we felt it was about time that there was an event in Westhoughton that appealed to the younger generation. On Saturday 30th August 2008, Central Park, Westhoughton will be taken over by sweet sweet music. Howfenfest is a one day only event, bringing you the best in local musical talent together on one stage. In addition to this, there will also be a funfair. Fun for all the family!
